• What's the difference between a security door and a barrier door?

  A security door is designed to withstand forced entry and is manufactured to comply with the Australian standard AS 5039.

  Security products must pass a number of tests before they are deamed compliant. These tests include;

  • Jemmy Test
  • Pull Test
  • Shear Test
  • Probe test
  • Dynamic Impact Test
  • Knife Sheer Test

  When you order a Sabretooth Security Door, it is only supplied with a 3 point lock, 5 pin cylinder and min 3 hinges ensuring compliance with AS 5039.

  A barrier door on the other hand, is designed to provide the same aesthetic appeal as its security counterpart, however, will not be able to provide a comparable level of security. Barrier doors as supplied by Sabretooth will not have triple locking systems.

  The quickest way to identify a Sabretooth barrier door against a Sabretooth security door is through the original equipment lock fitted at the time of manufacture.

• What colours do you offer?

  Our colour range consists of 28 standard options as well as a custom colour option ensuring you get the finish you require

• What is the lead time?

  Our target is to ensure all standard orders are manufactured and despatched within 7 working days. Orders which require powdercoating should allow 15 days. During peak periods we may require additional time but you will be advised of any known delays.

• How to place an order?

  It’s easy. Simply register online by completing the Account Registration Form. Once completed, you will be sent an information pack which includes all the information you need to begin ordering from us. For enquiries contact us.

• Can I order before my account is approved?

  Yes you can, simply send you requirements to specials@lincolnsentry.com.au and you will be provided with a quotation.

• How can I pay?

  There are a number of simple ways to pay:

  • Over the phone with your credit card
  • Complete a Lincoln Sentry account application and send back to us
  • Direct deposit
  • Cash payment at your local Lincoln Sentry Branch

• Where do we deliver to?

  The manufacturing plant is located in Brisbane, however, the Lincoln Sentry network coverage allows for shipments to all states and territories.

• What are the Delivery Charges?

  • South East Queensland: $15.00 per order
  • Queensland (Outside SEQ): $25.00 per order
  • New South Wales: $35.00 per order
  • Victoria: $45.00 per order
  • NT SA WA: Priced upon request

  Additional charge may apply for oversize screens or bulk orders.

• Can I collect my orders?

  Yes you can, your order can be collected from your local Lincoln Sentry branch. A freight charge will still apply to your order according to your pick up location.

• Are all products under warranty?

  Yes, all Sabretooth products are covered under the supplier warranty terms where applicable. Please contact us for any specific warranty concerns, we're happy to assist.
